What if you brought a house in 2007 and now see the house had patch work done so it was sold as a lie?

Did the previous owner tell you that no patch work was completed on the house? If no comments were made regarding patch work, the buyer has the burden of completing a due diligence before the purchase of the property.

Are we to guess what "patch work" is? What house more than a few months old does not have a repair somewhere? "Patch work" is meaningless. What is the "lie?" You also left that out. If you want a meaningful response, you need to post facts and not vague, meaningless phrases.
