Builder will not follow through

Our builder has not completed important projects, dealing with three homes, as well as the entrance area and drive way, since the closing of the three homes. The last one to close was August 5th.

Even after several ''promises'' he has done nothing to show good faith. What is our next step to take?

I would guess that you have a contract with the builder. Therefore, I would advise you to consult with a local attorney who can review the contract with you and properly advise you.
