Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Builders Garranty

I purchased a home in May 2003. The builder has not come back to fix any of the items on the walkthrough list. I have called many, many times and he has set up appointments to come by and fix the items on the list. What should I do to rectify this?

Re: Builders Garranty

Unfortunately, it may be necessary to hire an attorney to at least write a letter on your behalf to get the builder to pay attention. Besides retaining a lawyer, you should make phone calls, write letters and do anything else that is appropriate and in accordance with the warranty.

If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
