Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Someone buried in my fmily plot

Someone was buried in my family plot in a church cemetery. The church committee was not notified of this burial. The funeral home that handled the services, marked the grave, dug up one of my markers, and advised the burial company to proceed with the burial. What rights do I have, and who will pay the attorney fees when I take legal action? The person buried there is not my family, and was completed without my knowledge.

You will probably have to pay the attorney's fees up front and then seek to recover them after the case is finished. You may be able to find an attorney who will take the case on a contingency, but that would probably depend on the strength of the case.
