Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My business has a loading dock. Construction workers from a connecting property are using my loading dock for parking and it hinders loading. Does easement give them the right to stay there?

No one here knows what "easement" you are talking about, or other relevant details. If it is clearly your property (and your post raises a question about that), post a sign, give them a warning, and start towing.
