Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
can a buyer legally back out of a contract to buy a condo the night before the closing for no outstanding circumstance? the action could affect buyers/sellers down the chain on 4 separate contingent real estate transactions.

That depends on the contract language and no one here has read the contract. Since you should not have signed any real estate contract without seeing a lawyer, call the lawyer you had to review your contract and see what he says.
