Buying a Modular Home

I am currently in the process of purchasing a modular home, but before I close I want to walk through it because I have not even seen it. Well, the people I am buying from will NOT let me walk through it they say it will void my warranty. Am I entitled to a walk through?

Your contract (including warranty) defines your relationship with the other party, and what you may or may not be entitled to do. That is the first place you look.
