what do i have to do
i was in a car accident and i didnt work for 3weeks and my car was in the shop to get repair so now the people repair my car and my deductable was 750 but i explain thing to the manager at the shop i told him that the fact that i didnt work can we work something out because i dont have a way to work without my car... he refuse to work a deal with me so he hold my car because i didnt have all the money on front now do to the fact that i have no way to go to work i have lost one of my job because i keep calling out...

Mechanics are generally entitled to a lien (and possession) of the vehicle until the repair costs are paid. Had you wanted to "work something out" for full payment, you should have discussed this and entered into an agreement before the work was started.
