Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
My car was parked in front of my apt and was hit by a minor driving the apt golf cart. the police where called out and filled a report and a card was left on my window. I did not find out till the next day and was only made a ware that the apt was involved a few days latter. I keep asking the apt for the information of the person responsible while i was doing this i was also waiting on the police report as well. finally i was told that the apt would not give the persons information and i finally received the police report that day as well. On the report the name was blacked out but i got the info of two witnesses and one told me where they lived. I went to knock on the door but no one was home and came to find out they had been evicted. What can i do in order to find the person responsible and does the apt possibly hold any negligence? i am not sue if this falls under accident or property law

Assuming you have proper auto insurance (meaning full coverage), simply call your insurer and they will get your car repaired and deal with this.
