Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I am carrying a loan on property sold in cobb co. georgia. I live in LA co. California.

I want to know what form is needed in cobb co. georgia to record a transfer of that security/warranty deed from me as an individual into my revocable living trust, signle party.

I disagree with Glenn. You don't transfer loan deeds by quitclaim deed. I do agree with Scott's answer. You need a lawyer.
