How to change deceased name on warranty deed
My father recently passed leaving no will, he owned a house, but my mother name is not on the deed. How do we change the deed from my father name to my mother name.

You will need to file a Petition to be appointed as Administrator of the Estate. Check with the Probate Court of the county in which your father was a resident when he died.
