Can I change my joint deed with survivorship to a tenant in common? I made a survivorship deed to my daughter over ten(10) years ago. She has not honored our verbal agreement for my lifetime care. I have been ousted from my home of 50+ yrs. she now has a daughter ( age 6) That I want to inherit when she is 21. Meantime my granddaughter is under the care of my other daughter. Complicated! Thanks

No, unless your daughter agrees and signs off. If she does, get a lawyer.
