change ownership of property

15 yrs. ago i let my neice use my credit and name to buy a home. she has made all payments, it will be paid off in a few weeks, how do iget this into her name , without costing either of us, or as little as possible.

Ownership of real property is transferred through the appropriate deeds. What is appropriate is a different question. A qualified real estate lawyer should be able to advise you. A good way to mess it up - try to do it for little or no cost.

This should be fairly easy. Contact the lender and explain the situation. They should walk you through it.
