Changing name on Title for House

my wife has our house in her name and her mothers name. What is the procedure to remove her mothers name from the title?

Her mother simply needs to sign a new deed, naming whomever she wants as "Grantee(s)". The Grantee(s) can be anyone, e.g., you, you and your wife, your wife alone, etc.
