Claim if kien
I would like to know how long a claim of lien stays on property when you take one out. I have quite a few that i have took out but can not get anywhere with them. It there a time limit. Can you help me.

I will assume these are mechanic's liens, though you did not indicate the nature of them. Mech. Liens must be filed within 90 days and sued upon within 1 year. (read that 12 months not 15 months). If no suit is filed, they expire. Thus, if any of your liens are more than 1 year old, they are expired. You can still sue for the debt (up to 4 or 6 years, depending) however, you will not have a lien on the property. HCW
