Closing attorney made a mistake with paperwork

The closing attorney mistakenly signed over more land than what what the seller was selling. I am now being sued by the seller for something I feel wasn't even my fault.

It would seem that this can easily resolved by simply agreeing to a corrective deed. Consult with a local attorney who can review the documents with you.
