How do i collect 25% profits on a housing development i was awarded 4 years ago?

I have received only 3 tax returns on this property from my ex husband that show a loss, but this development has gone into the second phase of a 5 development program stage. Both superior court judges have refuded my case because they know me and my former husband. I have filed a motion to compell because the profit and loss of this property in dispute is directly intertwined with Mr.x ofx construction Company. Is there anyone out there who can help me!!!?!?!?!?!

It sounds like you need to get a lawyer who is not afraid to demand (through proper motions) that these judges recuse themselves.
