Looking for purchasing a commercial real estate property with a warehouse building. Need to make a purchase agreement for the same. Need assistance where we can find such forms to initiate a purchase agreement.

There is no official form for such agreements. Have your broker recommend a commercial real estate attorney to draft an agreement or review a proposed agreement from the seller.
