Condominium voting laws

i just moved to a condo where the voting is done with open proxys collected by members of the board, i moved from a florida condo is illegal there. Is it legal to do such open votes in Georgia? also one of the members of the board is threatening some owners by saying if they opposed them the will increase the expenses where do i report this?

I do a lot of HOA law. Your questions cannot be answered without reviewing all the condo documents. Proxy voting is recognized by the GA Condominium Act. Consult with a local attorney.
