Contract that appears to be illegal or invalid for renting a condo/townhome unit

Can you check if the following stipulations are valid on this legal agreement?

Rent is due on or before the first day of the month without notice or demand. If a rental payment is not paid in full by 5:00P.M. Thereafter, resident will be charged a fee of $100.00 per day until the total rent amount including the accrued late fees is received by management. Eviction proceedings will begin on the 6th day of the month or five calendar days after rent is due. If Resdient's check fails to clear the bank, a service charge of $150.00 shall be assessed. In addition to the accrued late charge, all of which shall be additional rent. In the event REsident presents one worthless check to Manager, or Resident fails to pay rent timely (on or before the 1st day of the month). Resident agrees that all future rent and charges shall only be paid to Manager by Resident in the form of cashier's check or money order.

Manager shall have the right to enter upon the premises at all times and under all circumstances as provided in Georgia Statutes, inclusive of the purpose of inspecting the same and making necessary repairs and maintenance thereto. Resident shall receive reasonable notice at least 6 hours prior to entry for normal repairs.

I am not sure why you think the lease is "illegal." If one does not agree to the terms, they should not sign the lease and agree to the terms.

Generally, the terms of leases are upheld, because they are prepared by experienced attorneys. You should have yours reviewed by a local attorney experienced in landlord/tenant law to see if the whole document is valid or if there are holes in it.
