Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I have a contract with another individual about the purchase of a car. The contract only states that he is the lien holder on the car until it is paid off. Does this obligate me to keep him posted to where the car is located? I am not in default but have been taken to court saying that I am endangering securities.Have I done anything wrong?

Since we have read neither the contract nor the suit, there is no way to respond. You need to hire counsel to respond within 30 days of service of the suit.
