contractor problem

i recently secured a construction loan, began building. now there are leins on the property. the builder has been paid and i cannot get a certificate of Occupancy.the house is two years behind in completion. what can i do to resolve problem

There is a procedure to dissolve the liens but you should not undertake it yourself. Consult with a local attorney.
