Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I co-own undeveloped rural land with three other relatives in Ga. Three of us want to sell and one is holding out. I had several REA/Broker(s) walk the property and went with the one with the highest suggested market price. We also elected to list it at 50K above the REA/Broker suggested market price. Still, one of the three still refuses to sell. What's our legal options?

You CANNOT sell it without the agreement of all the owners. Listing it was improper and could get you sued by the broker for the commission and you did not have authority to list it.
You are now in serious legal troublke of yoiur own making and can expect to pay significant money, either to defend a suit by the broker or to try and eventually pursue a sale properly.
To sell the property, you will need a lawyer and file a suit in Superior Court to partition the property. You will likely, in a forced sale, which could take years, find that people will pay way less than market price.
You should have seen a lawyer before proceeding.
