Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
When my dad passed away I bought a plot for him and one for my mom. I little while later I put a slab on top of the grave. A few months after that I found someone else had put a headstone at the foot of the grave with the wrong dates on the stone, I contacted the person and told them that they needed to fix the stone or I would have it removed no more contact was made, I had the stone removed and waited 5 years before doing anything with the stone and nobody contacted me except for person to person to person I had the stone destroyed. They are threatening sueing me because I destroyed personal property. Can they actually sue me and win?

You need to hire a Georgia real estate attorney immediately to protect your rights. Yes, they can sue you. Whether they can win depends on specific facts of your case.
Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.*******
Before paying a lawyer for something that may never happen (and often such threats lead to nothing), you might want to try posting the question again with facts. You don't even identify who the other person is or their relationship to you and your father - that would be an important detail you chose to leave out.
Anyone can sue you. But it makes no sense to worry about a case that doesn't exist. If and when a case gets filed, see a lawyer.
