Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
Damage to home during inspection
We were recently under contract with an individual that had an inspector come to our home. There was damage done by the inspector to several areas of the home (19 holes poked in the siding and outside walls of the house, four shutters damaged). Then the buyer backed out. Do I have legal recourse around destruction of property?

Re: Damage to home during inspection
Generally, people are responsible for the damage they cause. Contact the inspector to discuss it.
