Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My dance club is putting a roof on an outdoor dance floor at a club member's home. We need some type of written agreement for this to protect the home owner and the club. Any suggestions?

Two suggestions:

(1) Such work is likely to require permits, possibly zoning changes, a large amount of insurance coverage for the club and homeowner, and so on.

(2) That means employing a lawyer is ABSOLUTELY necessary. Not doing so would be a very expensive and dangerous mistake.
