Deceased Co-owner

My husband and I were joint co-owners of our home in Georgia. He died several years ago. I now have a chance to sell the property, but have never had the deed changed removing his name. What steps do I need to take to get the warranty deed changed to list myself as sole owner?

This would be very simple if I could see the deed whereby you and your husband took title. Just call a local attorney for a consultation.
