I am buying a manufacture home and placing it on property that is not completely paid for, all is going to roll into one loan. MH dealer needs a security or quitclaim deed signed by me. Is there a difference, and if so which one prodects me the best?

Re: deed

There is a huge difference. A security deed is what most of us sign in, e.g, a mortgage. It gives the lender an interest in the property but as long as you pay the mortgage they can't touch the property. A quitclaim deed transfers all your interest in the property. Since I don't understand why this issue has even come up, I would advise you to consult with a local attorney who can review all the pertinent documents.
