Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Deed in Lieu

I had a Deed in Lieu case resolved back in July. The mortgage lender said I should have rec'd the final agreement from the residing attorney, but I haven't yet. I've called the attorney on numerous ocassions and left messages with her and her assistant. Is there any legal issue that should concern me with this firm or its timely delay? or should I not be concerned?

No one here knows the circumstances, the agreement you made, what documents you are to get, etc.
