Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I am on deed but not on note, house was foreclosed on, I have current lease due to making payments to owner, mortgage company would not honor lease due to me being on title deed, gave me till May 27th to vacate property, I signed agreement now unable to find new place, Lender filed agreement with local court, is there anything I can do? I am disabled and my granddaughter is disabled.. We live in Georgia..

While tenants usually have certain rights under federal law for the lease to be honored, you may have a problem. An owner probably CANNOT lease property to herself. So make tentative plans to move by May 27, and before then, meet with a lawyer to be sure.
