Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My Name Is Not On The Deed

Hello. I recently married & my husband already owned the house we live in. Is a ''Georgia warranty deed from husband to himself & wife with rights of survivorship'' the best method to include my name on the deed? If so, and if we prepare the form ourselves, how do we get it recorded?

Thank you.

Specific advice on what you should do, or what is "best" for you, is beyod the scope of this forum and what could possibly be answered. That is a question for a lawyer who knows your circumstances. Presumably, the house is worth the relatively minimal cost of doing it correctly.
