Deed Transfer

I have power of attorney over the interest of someone with a house. I need to transfer the deed to someone else as power of attorney. what are the correct forms to use to do this? Who are the forms filed with?

You can probably use deed forms available in office supply stores. However, I would advise you to consult with a local attorney before attempting this on your own.
