Deed Transfers

How do I do a Deed transfer without putting it into my own name? Do I create a trust or what? I've inherited some property and cannot own it in my own name as my wife is on disability and we are only allowed to own onde home.

You need to get a lawyer to explain your options. Keep in mind that hiding assets to maintain benefits is often fraud, and dealt with harshly.
