A doc. signed under duress,? ( intoxicated, and misled,) how do i begin the process of trying to reverse it?

Original warranty deed "joint tenacy with survivorship (not as tennants in common)" , no $ owed on property, person not sure exactly what they signed at this attorneys office, but knows it took them off the deed because as soon as it was signed , said person was handed a notice to vacate the property (already typed and ready by same attorney. which seems a little unethical!) given 60 days or face eviction proceedings.

You had several answers in the other forum a few days ago. Have you seen a lawyer to discus all facts and review documents since then? That is how you start the process as you were told. Either see a lawyer immediately, or waste time on the internet until it is too late.
