If my next door neighbor's huge tree falls on my house, what rights do I have. Can I sue her? The huge tree is leaning towards us!

Maybe none. You did not provide enough information. Unless she had notice the tree was diseased, damaged or in imminent dangerous of falling, a falling tree is generally deemed an Act of God and you deal with your homeowners insurance and otherwise pay your own way. Either way, you likely have a duty to notify your insurer.
