DriveWay Usage

My parents driveway is on the neighbors land. They had a verbal agreement they could use it. She now does not want them to use it anymore. It is on the edge of her property so it is not interfering with

anything on her land. I was told by a coworker

about a prescriptive letter or something. Is this

something my parents can do?
