Early termination of a Lease

I would like to know is it legal for me to move out of an apartment early if I purchase a home? Also, I would like some hard copy of the answer. Thanks in advance for your answer.

It is certainly legal for you to move out of the apartment no matter what the reason. However, unless your lease contains a provision for early termination, you will still obligated to pay the rent for the full term. However, landlords many times will work out a settlement with you. That is cheaper for them than to worry about your skipping and them having to chase you down.
