Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Easement driveway rights and hunting

I purchased 5 acres of land a few years ago in a 30 acre land auction. There is an easement that runs down the middle of the entire 30 acres. My 5 acres is on the back side of the original 30 acre tract. My question is what rights do I have on this easment? The problem I'm having is the owner of a 10 acre tract is allowing someone to hunt on the easment. The scary part of this is that they will be shooting in the direction of my home (down the easment). This is obviously a major concern. Can I stop them from hunting on the easment?

Re: Easement driveway rights and hunting

We do not know the terms of the easement, who owns it, etc. Generally, you have the rights set forth in the document, and not other rights that go with ownership. Does any document provide that the land is only to be used for a specified purpose, or prohibit hunting?
