Easements

I have a property listed that has only, 'on street' parking. The next door neighbor has agreed to create an easement to allow both properties to share a driveway, (yet to be poured). We need to know how to create the easement, paperwork needed, effective terminology, where to file, how long it takes, etc.

Your many questions are well beyond the scope of this board, and that can be answered in a paragraph. Retain a lawyer experienced in drafting such things (not just a lawyer who will take the case for a fee) and he/she can take care of it. Such an undertaking is not a DIY, or for an inexperienced attorney, if you want it to actually be valid and enforceable. Moreover, if you expect to sell, it is safe to assume that an unprofessional document will send potential buyers running.
