Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I have ended a 13 year relationship with the holder of a Personally Secured Lease Purchase/Option Promissory Note & Guarantee. He holder notified me verbally that I was in default. I'm not battling this however as I need to get away from him. If I vacate the property am I still liable for the Note & Guarantee, even though he has notified me of default?

No one here will know as no one has read the note. But default usually means you owe the money.
