Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My brothers, sisters and each have 5 acres of land a piece. A couple of the siblings decided they did not want their 5 acres. They have not paid any of the taxes. I would like draw up a document releasing them from the property. How do we do that?

Have them execute and deliver a Quit Claim Deed to you. The Quit Claim Deed should then be recorded at the courthouse of the county where the property lies.
