Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I need to evict a squatter from my premises. She showed up at my door 4 months ago, and now does not want to leave. I need her gone as soon as possible she doesn't pay rent, or utilities. Wash dishes, and eats all my daughter's food.

If you let her move in, she is a tenant. You need to give her 60 days notice to move. It would be smart to do that by a means that is in writing, and where you can prove receipt. Should she not move by then, you can file an eviction in Magistrates Court.

She's not a squatter if you let her in. You have created a landlord/tenant relationship. She is a Tenant at Will. You need to give her 60 days notice to vacate, then file a dispossessory.
