Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Eviction

I have someone in 1 of my buildings. There was never a lease signed and he does not want to pay rent . I do not have a key to the building either. Can I change the locks and put him out without going through court. He refuse to sign a lease and I've sent 3 letters asking he pay 625 a month or leave,he ignores the letters. I've even had a rental agency send him letter that he also ignored. What can be done to get him out of my building. He's been there over a year now.
