Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I just got an eviction and i am to leave the end of august i question is i had a problem with bed bugs and i brought it to the office. My daughter was hospitalize behind it. Another thing i had a situation involving a family member been arrested on the property and cause me to be evicted . So my question is my new apartment is ready to move me in right now should i be liable to pay aug rent if im moving out this month.

You are asking us to give you an answer with just part of your side of the story. The landlord likely has another story. Many people facing eviction all of a sudden come up with maintenance, security issues to justify their non-payment of rent or other breach. You won't get it resolved on a message board by asking us to guess who is right.
