Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hi Experts,

I signed a contract with a reputed builder in May 2016 and Closing is on August 30th. At the time of signing contract builder promotions were $5000 towards closing cost. But recently builder has increased these incentives to $6500 and they are also offering appliances as well.

My question is can I re negotiate or complain and get this increased promotion benefit?

You can of course ask. But since there is a contract binding both of you neither of you can force renegotiation.

It depends on the terms of the contract. Does it require the builder to match current incentives?
