Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Ex-wife is not moving or selling old marital home

My husbands Ex-wife had a court order to move out of their old marital home by Dec. 2006. Till this day she has not moved. She just put the home on the market after us threatening to go back to court. She priced the home at 149,000$, a price at which she will not be able to sell the home the way the market is right now, but that is what she is betting on. The home is on a VA loan, my husband is about to retire from the military and we need to by a home for our family, which we are unable to do until she moves and the home is sold. There are still 96,000$ owed on the home. Can we force her to put the price to 96,000$ so it sells and is of our records. What is the fastest way to get her out of the home? Can she be made to move even if the home isn't sold?(I think that would make her sell the home with more effort). The judge in charge of this case is very upset with her already because she has not complied with anything she was ordered so far. I would be very thankful for ANY advice.

We have 30 more days till we retire from the military and no way of buying a home for our family due to her games.

You need to retain an attorney to enforce the court order, and have her removed from the property (if the order requires her to move out) or to market it at a reasonable price, if it requires her to sell.

She may also be in contempt of the order, which would expose her to penalties, and possibly to damages.
