That's perhaps the least important question, as a street address or legal description both could be okay, depending on what is being leased. You can use the legal description (the description on the recorded deed), but just using the common street address is probably fine. As Mr. Ashman correctly states, that is typically a very minor point as compared to term, payment terms, default remedies, condemnation/destruction, etc.
