Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My father quitclaim his house and property. With his name and my and my spouse onit right of surviveship. My siblings sign off that they would'nt go against it. Which is more legal in state of georgia.

Your post makes no sense whatsoever. More legal than what? People don't go against deeds. And what are you trying to do?
