Fence
I built a fence a year ago. Put it 6'' inside my property line. My neighbor is now building a fence and wants attach to my fence. Should I allow? If I do, how do I protect my property?

You should have no problem. However, since there are no guarantenees in life and you don't know the quality of the fence your neighbor is putting up, I wouldn't allow him/her to attach to your fence.
