how does forclosure work with investment properties? If I have a second mortgage will they come after me for that mortgage? Both of my mortgages are with the same company, will that make a difference/

Foreclosures generally work the same way with any property. Read your loan documents. Do they say that you are not liable for the difference after a foreclosure? Very few provide that, but no one here has them.
